오피스를 찾는 수요자들이 늘어나면서 지식산업센터의 업무 공간이 관심을 받고 있다.
부동산 자료에 따르면, 올해 전국 오피스 공실률은 꾸준히 감소했으며 지난해 3분기에 비해서도 감소한 것으로 나타났다.
